सर्वोच्च अदालतद्वारा सांसदका लागि स्वविवेकीय कोषमा रोक
The Supreme Court released the full text of its verdict on August 5, 2026, which was originally issued on December 27, 2024. The ruling prohibits the allocation of discretionary state funds to federal and provincial lawmakers under constituency development programs.
The Court determined that such allocations violate the principle of separation of powers enshrined in the Constitution. This decision bars the use of such funds nationwide.

सर्वोच्च अदालतले सन् २०२६ अगस्ट ५ मा आफ्नो फैसलाको पूर्ण पाठ सार्वजनिक गर्यो, जुन मूलतः सन् २०२४ डिसेम्बर २७ मा जारी गरिएको थियो। उक्त फैसलाले निर्वाचन क्षेत्र विकास कार्यक्रम अन्तर्गत संघीय र प्रादेशिक सांसदहरूलाई स्वेच्छिक राज्य कोष विनियोजन गर्न निषेध गर्दछ।
अदालतले यस्तो विनियोजन संविधानमा निहित शक्ति पृथकीकरणको सिद्धान्तको उल्लङ्घन भएको ठहर गर्यो। यो निर्णयले देशभर त्यस्ता कोषको प्रयोगमा रोक लगाएको छ।
