२०८३ साउन ५ गते जारी गरिएको मुख्य सचिव स्तरको निर्णयले लोकसेवा आयोग अन्तर्गतका कुनै पनि पदपूर्ति वा भर्ना प्रक्रिया सुरु गर्नुअघि प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को कार्यालयबाट पूर्व स्वीकृति लिनुपर्ने अनिवार्य गरेको छ।
