नेपालले संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघको महासभाको निशस्त्रीकरणसम्बन्धी पहिलो समितिको अध्यक्षता गर्ने भएको छ।
Nepal is slated to take on the role of Chair for the First Committee (Disarmament and International Security) of the United Nations General Assembly. This responsibility will be for the 81st session, which is scheduled to commence in September 2026 and continue until September 2027.
Additionally, Nepal is currently serving as the President of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) for the 2025-2026 term.

नेपाल संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघको महासभाको पहिलो समिति (निशस्त्रीकरण र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सुरक्षा) को अध्यक्षको भूमिका निर्वाह गर्न लागेको छ। यो जिम्मेवारी ८१ औं सत्रका लागि हुनेछ, जुन सेप्टेम्बर २०२६ मा सुरु भई सेप्टेम्बर २०२७ सम्म चल्नेछ।
थप रूपमा, नेपाल हाल २०२५-२०२६ अवधिका लागि संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघको आर्थिक तथा सामाजिक परिषद् (ECOSOC) को अध्यक्षको रूपमा कार्यरत छ।
