On July 31, 2026, Nepal's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a press release expressing profound sadness over the tragic death of a Nepali national in an attack in northern Kuwait. The Ministry strongly condemned the indiscriminate attack against civilians.
The Ministry called upon all parties involved to engage in dialogue and diplomacy, exercise utmost restraint, and ensure the safety and protection of civilians and civilian infrastructure in accordance with international law.
