The House of Representatives session originally set for Thursday, June 25, 2026, has been rescheduled to Friday, June 26, 2026, at 1:00 PM. No session was held on Wednesday, June 24, either.
Federal Parliament Secretary General Padma Prasad Pandey announced the postponement under the direction of Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal. The stated reason was special circumstances connected to the ongoing extension of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) general convention being held in Chitwan.
