सरकारद्वारा सुशासन र आर्थिक पुनरुत्थानलाई प्राथमिकता दिँदै नीति तथा कार्यक्रम सार्वजनिक
The government unveiled its policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year 2026/27. These prioritize good governance, policy reforms, improvements in public service delivery, accelerated economic recovery, and social advancement.
Key initiatives mentioned include celebrating "Visit Nepal 2085," structural reforms in civil aviation with increased private sector participation, and fully online tourist visas. The government plans to implement an "Investment Express" policy to streamline business and construction permits within 30 days and amend laws related to foreign investment, introducing a "Nepal Investment Visa" for significant foreign investors. The information technology sector is also designated a national strategic industry, with plans to promote exports of software, digital services, and AI computation through financial concessions and tax incentives.

सरकारले आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८३/८४ का लागि आफ्ना नीति तथा कार्यक्रमहरू सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। यिनले सुशासन, नीतिगत सुधार, सार्वजनिक सेवा प्रवाहमा सुधार, तीव्र आर्थिक पुनरुत्थान र सामाजिक उन्नयनलाई प्राथमिकता दिएका छन्।
उल्लेख गरिएका प्रमुख पहलहरूमा "भिजिट नेपाल २०८५" मनाउने, निजी क्षेत्रको सहभागिता बढाउँदै नागरिक उड्डयनमा संरचनात्मक सुधार गर्ने र पर्यटक भिसालाई पूर्ण रूपमा अनलाइन बनाउने समावेश छन्। सरकारले व्यापार तथा निर्माण अनुमतिहरूलाई ३० दिनभित्र व्यवस्थित गर्न "लगानी एक्सप्रेस" नीति लागू गर्ने र विदेशी लगानीसम्बन्धी कानुनहरू संशोधन गरी महत्त्वपूर्ण विदेशी लगानीकर्ताहरूका लागि "नेपाल लगानी भिसा" लागू गर्ने योजना बनाएको छ। सूचना प्रविधि क्षेत्रलाई पनि राष्ट्रिय रणनीतिक उद्योगको रूपमा तोकिएको छ, जसमा वित्तीय सहुलियत र कर प्रोत्साहनमार्फत सफ्टवेयर, डिजिटल सेवा र एआई कम्प्युटेशनको निर्यात प्रवर्द्धन गर्ने योजना छ।
