On August 3, 2026, the Government of Nepal announced its declaration of the fiscal year 2083/84 as the 'Law Construction and Reform Year.' This initiative includes a plan to register a substantial number of new legislative bills in the Federal Parliament Secretariat.
The government stated its intention to introduce 166 bills. As of Thursday, July 30, 2026, ten of these new bills had already been registered.

२०८३ साउन १८ गते (अगस्ट ३, २०२६) नेपाल सरकारले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८३/८४ लाई 'कानुन निर्माण तथा सुधार वर्ष' घोषणा गरेको छ। यस पहलमा संघीय संसद सचिवालयमा ठूलो संख्यामा नयाँ विधेयकहरू दर्ता गर्ने योजना समावेश छ।
सरकारले १६६ वटा विधेयक प्रस्तुत गर्ने आफ्नो मनसाय बताएको छ। बिहीबार, २०८३ साउन १५ गते (जुलाई ३०, २०२६) सम्म, यी नयाँ विधेयकहरूमध्ये दशवटा दर्ता भइसकेका थिए।
