सरकारद्वारा यातायात विकास समितिको गाभ्ने प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत, १९९८ को गठन आदेश खारेज ।
The Council of Ministers, in its meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, sanctioned the merger of the Nepal Intermodal Transport Development Committee with the Nepal Transit and Warehousing Company Limited. This move aims to streamline operations in the transport and warehousing sectors.
Concurrently, the Cabinet repealed the 1998 formation order (2054 Nepali calendar year) for the Nepal Intermodal Transport Development Committee, effectively dissolving the separate entity.

मन्त्रिपरिषद्ले आफ्नो बुधबार, अगस्ट ५, २०२६ को बैठकमा नेपाल इन्टरमोडल यातायात विकास समिति र नेपाल पारवहन तथा गोदाम व्यवस्था कम्पनी लिमिटेडको एकीकरणलाई स्वीकृति दिएको छ। यो कदमले यातायात र गोदाम क्षेत्रमा सञ्चालनलाई सुव्यवस्थित गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
साथै, मन्त्रिपरिषद्ले नेपाल इन्टरमोडल यातायात विकास समितिको १९९८ को गठन आदेश (नेपाली पात्रो अनुसार २०५४ साल) खारेज गर्दै उक्त छुट्टै संस्थालाई प्रभावकारी रूपमा विघटन गरेको छ।
