On August 5, 2026, Ambassador Véronique Lorenzo delivered a lecture on "Nepal-EU Relations: Evolving Partnerships and Future Prospects." During this event, she outlined strategic opportunities to expand collaboration, focusing on future diplomatic and economic engagement, and joint efforts to strengthen regional and global partnerships.

Preceding this, on August 4, 2026, Ambassador Lorenzo paid a farewell courtesy call on the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dol Prasad Aryal. Their discussions covered aspects of Nepal-EU relations, parliamentary cooperation, economic partnership, and development cooperation.

२०२६ अगस्ट ५ मा राजदूत भेरोनिक लोरेन्जोले "नेपाल-ईयू सम्बन्ध: विकसित साझेदारी र भावी सम्भावनाहरू" विषयमा प्रवचन दिनुभयो। यस कार्यक्रममा, उहाँले भावी कूटनीतिक र आर्थिक संलग्नता, र क्षेत्रीय तथा विश्वव्यापी साझेदारीहरूलाई सुदृढ पार्ने संयुक्त प्रयासहरूमा ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्दै सहयोग विस्तारका लागि रणनीतिक अवसरहरू उल्लेख गर्नुभयो।
यसभन्दा अघि, २०२६ अगस्ट ४ मा राजदूत लोरेन्जोले प्रतिनिधि सभाका सभामुख डोलप्रसाद अर्याललाई बिदाइ शिष्टाचार भेट गर्नुभयो। उहाँहरूबीचको छलफलमा नेपाल-ईयू सम्बन्धका पक्षहरू, संसदीय सहकार्य, आर्थिक साझेदारी, र विकास सहकार्यबारे कुरा भएको थियो।
